Kuljit Bains, a fourth-grade teacher in Turlock, has been a TID customer for 23 years. She loves the safety and security of living in Turlock – the close-knit, small-town feel. Her family has farmed tomatoes, cotton, grapes and peaches in the Central Valley for decades.
