As a Water Distribution Operator since 2014, Cole Tobin monitors and supports system facilities and equipment to make sure farmers get the water they need, when they need it. Cole handles scheduling for water delivery to some of the 5,800-plus parcels across 307 square miles. Through his work, he helps the Central Valley’s farmers continue feeding the country and the world.
