Frank Leandro, an assistant civil engineer, has been helping TID deliver reliable water and power to his hometown for more than two decades. Frank raised heifers and leveled land until he left to attend college at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. He ultimately returned to Turlock to start a family with his wife, who also grew up in Turlock. Frank is proud to do his part in keeping the lights on and the water flowing for TID’s family of customers.
