Janis Scott has worked for TID since 2010. As a professional electrical engineer, she is responsible for capital improvement projects at TID substations, a critical part of providing safe, reliable and affordable electric power to TID customers. Janis served six years in the U.S. Navy, where she oversaw operations and maintenance of a nuclear reactor. Living in Turlock, she has found an incredibly supportive “village” that has allowed her to create an ideal family life with her husband and children.
