Tim Payne takes pride in helping manage and maintain the Don Pedro Dam – the ninth tallest in the United States – because it is such a critical piece of TID’s infrastructure. Since joining the district in 2013, he has also overseen the safety of 27 other dams and hydroelectric projects owned by TID. Playing a vital role in protecting the safety of the community and ensuring the safe generation and distribution of power brings him great satisfaction.
