Olivia Cramer grew up on a small ranch in west Turlock and worked as an intern at TID before becoming a full-time employee in 2018. In her role as Utility Analyst Hydrologist, she assesses water availability at Don Pedro Reservoir, helping to ensure water storage for multiple years, even during drought. The data she produces helps the Board of Directors make decisions about water supply and the amount of annual irrigation water available to growers. As a lifelong resident of Turlock, Olivia is happy to play a role in making sure TID is making the best, data-driven decisions for the community.
